Welcome to 15 Space! By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

15 Space provides the following services:

Web development
Branding design

We serve clients globally.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during inquiries or project discussions.
Act in good faith and follow all applicable policies and laws.

You are prohibited from:

Spamming or submitting false information through contact forms.
Copying, modifying, or distributing our website content without authorization.

3. Services Offered

We guarantee to provide the first draft of your project within the time frame agreed upon during discussions. The first draft will include the elements outlined in our initial agreement, which may vary from a minimal wireframe to a fully functional (but unpublished) site.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the final result after the project is completed and delivered, we offer a full refund. Refunds are not applicable during intermediate stages of development. If a client’s delay in feedback or communication impacts the timeline, we reserve the right to adjust the project schedule unilaterally.

Consultations and Agreements

We provide free consultations before starting a project. We request 50% of the payment upfront, with the remainder due upon project completion. Ownership of all work remains with 15 Space until full payment is received.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment options: Upfront payment or 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion, as agreed.
Refunds: Provided only if the client is unsatisfied with the completed project and all final deliverables.
Cancellation: Either party may cancel the agreement. Payments made up to the cancellation point will not be refunded unless no work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

15 Space retains ownership of all designs, templates, and code until the final payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client, who may modify or resell the work.

6. Limitations of Liability

15 Space is not liable for:

Delays caused by client communication issues.
Errors arising from client-provided information or third-party tools/services.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data.
Issues arising from unauthorized modifications of delivered work by third parties.

We provide services on an "as-is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate agreements if a cancellation is requested before the project is completed. In such cases, payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
If no work has started, we may agree to return payments upon mutual consent.

Users may terminate agreements by mutual agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Latvian law.

9. Updates and Revisions

15 Space may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page without direct notification.
