Refund and Cancellation Policy
At 15 Space, we strive to ensure client satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may require changes or cancellations. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations.
1. Refund Policy
- Satisfaction Guarantee Refund:
If you are not satisfied with the final result after the project is completed and delivered, we offer a full refund.- This applies only after the project is fully finished and handed over.
- Refunds are not available for any intermediate or unfinished stages of development.
- Non-Refundable Payments:
Payments made before the project's completion are non-refundable unless the project is canceled before work begins (see Section 2).
2. Cancellation Policy
- Client-Initiated Cancellation:
Clients may cancel their project at any time. However:- Payments made up to the cancellation point are non-refundable.
- If cancellation is requested before work begins, we may agree to refund the initial payment.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation:
15 Space reserves the right to cancel a project if necessary. In such cases, we will refund any payments made for work not yet completed.
3. Timeline Adjustments
If a client delays feedback or communication during the project, 15 Space may adjust the timeline unilaterally to accommodate the delay. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
